Plan for obstacles

WOOP

"Plan for Obstacles" is when you identify potential challenges that could prevent you from reaching your goal and then develop a contingency plan to overcome them. The idea is to be proactive rather than reactive.

For example, if your wish is to exercise regularly and the obstacle is feeling too tired after work, your plan could be: "If I feel tired after work, then I will immediately change into my workout clothes and do a 5-minute warm-up to get energized."

By planning for obstacles, you're better prepared to deal with them when they arise, making it more likely you'll stick to your goals.
