Habit Interdependency

Atomic Habits

Habit interdependency refers to the concept where multiple habits are linked or connected in a way that the success of one habit influences the success of others.

For example, if you make a habit of meal prepping on Sundays, you're more likely to eat healthy throughout the week, which in turn could make it easier to stick to a workout routine. The habits support and reinforce each other, making it more likely you'll maintain them over time.
